It all started in Gothenburg with a simple idea and a big dream: to create something more than just a team. We wanted to build a place where the passion for esports and gaming could unite, where players and fans could feel at home, and where community was always at the center. That was the foundation of GenY GG, a starting point, an experiment, and above all, a first step towards something bigger.

Throughout the year, we have grown, developed, and learned. We have seen new talents born, we have stood together in good times and bad, and we have always believed in the power of combining competitive instinct with community. But journeys never stop at the first chapter.

With a new name comes a bigger vision. XCLAN is not just a continuation, it is the beginning of a new era. Our focus on e-sports becomes clearer, our organization stronger, and our goal set even higher: to build the gaming community of the future with our heart in Sweden, but with our eyes on the world.
